You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. If you are not satisfied with your Grit Army socks, contact us and we will work to make it right.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may ask for photos so we can review the issue and make it right with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or use outside the intended purpose of the product may not be covered under warranty.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us before sending anything back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted or processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Please include your name and order number inside the return package so we can match the return to your order.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different style, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you with an exchange if inventory is available.

If you need the correct size quickly, you may place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund.

If you exchange an item and the new size still does not work, we will allow one additional exchange or return on that item.

Wrong Size / Customer-Selected Returns

If the correct item was shipped but the wrong size, style, or color was ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the refund or send the exchange depending on the situation.

Free Shipping & Return Shipping

Grit Army may offer free standard shipping on orders, but original shipping costs are still paid by Grit Army and are not refundable once an order has shipped.

If a return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost to make it right.

If the return is due to ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong item, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds
