Thank you for shopping with Grit Army. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through gritarmy.com.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Grit Army may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Any available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping, when offered, applies to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Grit Army is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed over for shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Grit Army is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Grit Army is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at micah@gritarmy.com and we will do our best to help you work through the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at micah@gritarmy.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package and item so we can review the issue and help make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by location.

If international shipping is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Grit Army is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
